Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility that has been owned and operated by Salter Healthcare since 1976. Recently renovated, the facility provides the highest quality of short-term and long-term care services in the most gracious of surroundings.
Short-term Rehabilitation
The Rehabilitation Suite located on our center’s lower level has a separate entrance and formal dining room for our short-term residents. Special amenities available to these patients include private rooms, in-room telephones and flat screen televisions with cable service, wireless Internet access, free parking, hairdressing/barber services, DVD/VCR player in our Pub, and an Emergency Call System.
Daily Therapy Services
Licensed Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapists provide daily services in our Rehabilitation Suite. This specialized suite is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a homelike kitchen for patients to practice activities of daily living and regain their independent lifestyle.
