The staff at Salter HealthCare recently presented Brian Connor, President & CEO, and Christopher Borges, Sr. Vice President of Business Development, both with Woburn-based Lifeline Ambulance Service, with the Gershon Salter Community Service Award. Created this year in honor of Salter HealthCare’s 60-year anniversary and named after the company’s founding father, the award recognizes individuals and companies in the community who are doing good by giving back. “LifeLine is literally the life blood of the Woburn area,” said Bob Driscoll, Chief Operation Officer for Salter HealthCare. “For many years now, they have continually gone out of their way to ensure that seniors get the transportation they need to important, and often, life altering treatments, doctors’ appointments and more. We couldn’t be more pleased to call them friends and partners.”
